Dear California Customers,
Please review this important notice regarding upcoming changes to our California shipping policy as a result of new state legislation.
Due to California legislation (AB-1263) taking effect on January 1, 2026, PHLX Tactical will no longer accept direct orders from non-FFL customers located in California.

Direct shipments to California non-FFL customers will no longer be permitted.

Only California Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders — including FFL-01, FFL-07, FFL-08, and FFL-11 — will be eligible to receive orders directly from PHLX Tactical.

Individual California residents may continue purchasing PHLX Tactical products by working through a local California FFL.
Why This Change Is Necessary
This legislation would require us to collect and retain personal identification documents and would require shipping carriers to perform identity verification at delivery. Certain PHLX Tactical products would also require signed acknowledgment forms and adherence to expanded shipping and compliance procedures.
We believe these requirements place unnecessary risk on customer privacy and personal security while creating a compliance burden and liability that we are unable to responsibly assume at this time.
How to Purchase PHLX Tactical Products in California
California customers may continue to purchase PHLX Tactical products through their local gun store or licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). If your local FFL does not currently carry our products, we encourage them to contact us to discuss becoming an authorized dealer.
Important Dates for California Retail Orders
If you are a California resident and wish to place a direct order prior to these changes, we strongly encourage you to do so as soon as possible.

Final Order Deadline: Direct orders shipped to non-FFL California customers must be placed no later than December 22, 2025.

All eligible orders placed prior to this date will be processed and shipped under our current policies.

Beginning December 23, 2025, any direct orders placed by non-FFL California customers will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
