The Unity Tactical FAST Offset Adapter Plate — RMR/SRO footprint (black) mounts Trijicon RMR, SRO, and compatible RMR-pattern mini red dots onto the Unity FAST Offset Optic Base. Each plate uses the optic manufacturer’s mounting hardware and accepts any mini red dot that shares that footprint.

Plates can mount in three positions on the Offset Optic Base—forward cantilever, centered, or rearward cantilever—so you can fine-tune eye relief and clearance relative to the LPVO ocular. Together with the FAST Offset Base and FAST LPVO mount, the red dot lands at the FAST 2.05" height family for consistent cheek weld.

Compatibility: designed for use with the Unity FAST LPVO mount plus FAST Offset Optic Base (base sold separately). RMR/SRO footprint only—do not force other footprints; use the matching Unity plate SKU for DeltaPoint, ACRO, etc. Machined 7075-T6 aluminum, Type III hardcoat anodized black.

Install notes: attach plate to the offset base in your chosen position, then mount the optic with the screws supplied by Trijicon (or the optic OEM). Confirm thread pitch and torque. Ideal for shooters who want a true RMR/SRO offset beside a Unity FAST LPVO. Available from PHLX Tactical.
